What We Make

Flexible Connections for Moving Equipment

Every process line has points where moving equipment meets fixed equipment, and joints that have to seal. Sifters, separators and screeners vibrate. Pneumatic lines need tight joints. Food and pharmaceutical lines need materials approved for contact.

AFF makes and supplies the connections and rubber products for those points: custom sewn transfer sleeves, gum rubber and polyurethane tubing, high temperature silicone, stamped rubber gaskets, rubber sheet, pressure sleeves, corrugated boots and Morris couplings.

A transfer sleeve is a custom sewn fabric connector that can be breathable or non-breathable. A corrugated boot is an accordion-style rubber connector made to fit OEM vibratory and gyratory sifters.

Yes. Options include FDA approved rubber coated nylon for transfer sleeves, FDA approved white gum rubber pressure sleeves, and FDA approved silicone, metal detectable silicone and high temp silicone for gaskets.

Yes. Transfer sleeves are custom made for a precise fit, gaskets are stamped to any size or shape, and we keep track of your designs for future orders.
