We build custom bags for collectors of every size — from small 1/3 HP drum top hobbyist units all the way up to 100+ HP factory baghouse systems. Give us your collector’s make, model, or the dimensions of your existing bag and we’ll fabricate an exact match or an optimized upgrade.

Yes — often dramatically. Increased filter surface area reduces back pressure and allows your collector to pull more air volume. Many of our customers report significantly stronger suction after switching to a properly sized custom bag, even on older machines they’d written off as weak.

Yes. We stock OEM replacements for most air cleaner units on the market and can custom fabricate filters for paint booths. If you need a filter for a unit we don’t stock, send us the specs or a sample and we’ll match it.

We can add hanging loops, skirts, belt loops, and custom inlets in any size, shape, or location. For shops with airflow challenges, we can also add extra “sister” bags to increase total filter area without replacing your collector.
